I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 18 years of experience working with individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My work focuses on helping people understand how past experiences shape present emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I have extensive experience supporting clients through trauma recovery, couples and relationship concerns, anxiety, and periods of significant life change.
